Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, click the account icon in the store menu and sign in. Select the order, click "Request return", choose your items and reason, then submit. If approved, you'll receive instructions by email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may have already been processed for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at customerservices@x-braand.co.uk with your order number.
